This policy describes how Better Place Now LLC ("we," "us") handles information collected through www.betterplacenow.com. Information you share with us as a patient during clinical care is protected health information governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices and HIPAA, not by this website policy.

Information we collect

When you submit the appointment request form we collect the information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, insurance plan, and any message you include. We ask you not to include detailed medical history in the form. Our website host may also log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

How we use it

We use form submissions to contact you about scheduling, verify insurance benefits, and respond to your questions. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. This site does not use advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking cookies. The only outside services the site loads are Google Fonts for typography and Netlify, which hosts the site and stores form submissions.

Text messages and email

By providing your phone number or email you agree that we may contact you about scheduling and care. Standard messaging rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored by our website provider. Email is not a fully secure medium; please avoid sending sensitive medical details by email or through this form. Once you are a patient, we communicate clinical information through secure channels.

Your choices

You may ask us to delete a form submission or stop contacting you by emailing support@betterplacenow.com.
