We ask you not to include detailed medical history in calls or emails to this address. Our website host may also log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How we use it
We use the information you share to contact you about scheduling, verify insurance benefits, and respond to your questions. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. This site does not use advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking cookies. The only outside services the site loads are Google Fonts for typography and Vercel, which hosts the site.
